Seán Mentane

Seán passed away peacefully, on Friday 16th February, surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the staff of U.H.G. Predeceased by his parents Tommy and Annie, sister Mary and brothers Tommy Joe, Paddy and Mike. Seán will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his heartbroken family, his loving wife Nellie, daughter Ann, son Michael, daughter-in-law Mary, son-in-law Philip, his adored grandchildren Makayla, Olivia, Amy and Kyle, sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Arás Mhuire, New Inn (H53 H978) on Sunday, 18th of February, from 5pm to 7pm. Requiem Mass for Seán will take place on Monday, 19th of February, at 12pm in St. Peter and Paul’s Church, Ballymacward (H53 YH60) followed by burial in Ballymacward New Cemetery. House private on Monday morning.

The family are conscious that Covid is still present and kindly ask that those attending the funeral are mindful of the ongoing risk.
