O’Shaughnessy. Sean. Togher, Tuam Co. Galway and formerly of Newtown, Abbeyknockmoy, Tuam, County Galway, 17th March. 2026. Suddenly and unexpectedly at his residence.

 

Beloved husband of Loretto and loving father to his son’s Alex and Keith and Alex’s partner Rebecca.

 

Deeply regretted by his parents Jack and Noreen, his brother Thomas, sisters Caroline, Maria and Lisa, parents in law Hubert and Mary Kelly, brothers in law JP, Padraic, Thomas, Hubert and Brendan, sisters in law Olivia, Maria, Stephanie, Sarah and Karen, Uncles and Aunts nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and wide circle of friends.

Sean will repose in Mannion’s Funeral Home, Abbeyknockmoy (H54 RW94) on Friday 20th March 2026 from 5:00pm to 7:30pm with removal afterwards to his home. Private removal on Saturday morning March 21st for Requiem Mass at St Mary’s Church, Killererin (H54 WY55) at 10.00am with burial afterwards to Creevaghbawn Cemetery. (H54 Y677).
