Sean Quigley

Sean Quigley (Dean Cavanagh Place, Kilkenny City) peacefully on Sunday 13th October 2024, surrounded by his loving and caring family in the excellent care of all the staff in Castlecomer District Hospital. Predeceased by his parents John and Peig and sister Lil. Sean will be deeply missed by his wife Brid, sons John and Pat, daughter-in-law Frances, grandchildren Seán, Aoife, Laoighseach, Ailish, Maeve and their partners, brothers-in-law Michael, Jim and their wives. Forever missed by his eleven adored great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, good neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Shasby’s Funeral Home Kilkenny City (R95 KR20) on Tuesday (15th October) from 5pm to 7pm with rosary and vigil prayers at 6.30pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday (16th) at 11am in St. Mary’s Cathedral followed by burial in St. Kieran’s Cemetery.
