Seán Sharkey

Seán Sharkey, Ardaraith Wood, Tullyallen, Drogheda, Co. Louth age 16 years, suddenly at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital on 23rd January 2021.  Predeceased by his Grandas John Carroll and Peter Sharkey.  Beloved son of Peter & Fiona and adoring brother to Aoibhínn.  Very sadly missed by his heartbroken Dad, Mam and sister, his nana Eileen Carroll, nana Patricia Sharkey, aunt Aideen Carroll and her partner David Campbell, aunt & uncle Yvonne & Paul Mitchell, aunt & uncle Liz & Darren Kavanagh, uncle & aunt John & Dorte Sharkey, his many beloved cousins, his great aunt Betty Murtagh and Ann Wynne, extended family and his many friends and teachers in St. Mary’s Special School, Drumcar, The Marie Goretti Respite Centre, Seán’s happy place in Lordship and Stamullen Cycling Road Club.

Rest In Eternal Peace

In keeping with current Government guidelines regarding public gatherings Seán’s funeral Mass will be private for immediate family only (a limit of 10 people in the church and cemetery) Funeral can be viewed live from Church of The Assumption Tullyallen on: Mellifontparish-tullyallen facebook page on Tuesday afternoon at 12.30pm.  Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
