Seán Spillane

It is with deep sadness that we announce the sad passing of Seán Spillane, Knockdrislaught, Dromahane, Mallow, and late of Castleknock, Ballincollig, who passed away on April 13th 2025, unexpectedly, at his residence. Pre-deceased by his father Gerard.

Beloved husband and best friend of Cathy (née O'Sullivan), and loving dad of Patrick and Dylan. Much loved son of Ann, and dear brother to Catriona, Delia, Anne Marie and Pádraigh. Sadly missed by his loving family, brothers-in-law Steve, Aidan and Kieran, sister-in-law Mary, uncle, aunts, nephews, nieces, relatives, and a large circle of friends, including best friends Dave and Martin, and his loyal dog Suzie.

Lying in repose at O'Keeffe's Funeral Home, Bowling Green, Mallow P51 XE2T, on Tuesday, 15th April, from 4:30 to 6:30pm. Reception on Wednesday, 16th April, into St. Peter the Apostle Church, Dromahane P51 K002, for Requiem Mass at 12 noon, after which Seán will be laid to rest in St. John's New Cemetery, Glantane.
