Sean Stankard

Peacefully, in the loving care of Galway Hospice.  Predeceased by his parents Tom and Maura, sister Dolores and nephew Eoin.  Sadly missed by his loving wife Marie, son Enda, daughters Elaine, Fiona and Anita, daughter in law Angela, sons in law Tony and Ian, his adored grandchildren Evan, Cormac, Keelan, Oisin, Cillian, Mia and Evie, brothers Eamonn, Tomas and Frank, sisters Mary, Phil, Teresa and Bernie, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and members of his beloved Cappataggle Hurling Club and close friends.

Reposing at Cappataggle Community Centre (H53 E685) on Friday, 25th March, from 4 pm to 7 pm.  Funeral cortege arriving at St. Michael's Church, Cappataggle on Saturday for Funeral Mass at 12 noon which may be viewed online at https://www.mcnmedia.tv/camera/cappataggle-parish-church.  Burial afterwards in Killalaghton Cemetery.   Family flowers only by request, donations, if desired, to Galway Hospice.  House private please.

In light of the ongoing dangers associated with Covid 19, it is respectfully recommended that all those attending the funeral would wear a face mask and adhere to guidelines.
