Sean Toomey

TOOMEY (Bishopstown, Cork and formerly of Dublin)  On 14th September 2018, peacefully in Cork University Hospital surrounded by his devoted family, SEAN, late of ESB Wilton, dearly loved husband of Joan and beloved father of Maeve, Nora, Emer and Sean. Much loved granda of Conor, Aisling, Fiona, Katie, John, Cormac, Rosie and Dervla, loving brother of Nell and Brendan and the late Brid and Fintan. Sadly missed by his grieving wife and family, daughter-in-law Ann Marie, sons-in-law Christy and Ciarán, Maeve’s partner Shane, sister, brother, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, kind neighbours and friends.

Lying in repose at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’ Connor Ltd.  Removal on Monday at 6.00pm to the Church of the Real Presence, Curraheen Road. Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 11.30am. Funeral afterwards to St. Oliver’s Cemetery, Model Farm Road. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to the Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland.
