Sean WOODS

Sean Woods of Stokes Hill, Dromiskin and formerly of Lurgangreen, Dundalk passed following a long battle with Motor Neurone Disease. He left this world peacefully at home held by his loving wife, surrounded by his adoring children and sister on the 8th of March 2023. Sean, son of the late Dessie and Kathleen, much loved husband of Siobhán neé McConnell, wonderful father to Andrew, Jane and Aimee. A devoted grandad of Conn and loving brother of Angela, Colette and Gerry and son in law of Felix. Sean will be sadly missed by his wife, son, daughters, grandson, brother, sisters,  father in law, sons-in-law Liam and James and daughter-in-law Danielle. Also cherished by brothers-in-law Pat, David and Fergus, sisters-in-law Marion and Martina, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends. Also, sadly mourned by his best little pal, Lilly pup, and his friends in the Motor Sport Family.

Reposing at his home A91T1W9 from 2pm until 8pm on Thursday and Friday.  Removal on Saturday morning at 10.40am on foot, arriving for Mass at 11am in St. Peter’s Church, Dromiskin. The Mass can be viewed on  https://churchmedia.tv/st-peters-church  Cremation afterwards in Glasnevin Crematorium at 1.30pm.
