Seanie Cahalane
CAHALANE (Shepperton, Skibbereen): on May 26th 2025 peacefully at Cork University Hospital in the presence of his loving family. SEANIE beloved husband of Nora (nee Burns), loving father of Aoife (McCarthy), Aaron, Emma (Fleming), Ian, Alan, Sean and Darragh, brother of the late Eileen (Daly). Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, grandchildren Lauren, Anna, Daniel, Eve, Bobby, Lucy, Lily, Sam, Clodagh, Aodhla, Jack and Odhran, sons-in-law Donal and Richie, daughters-in-law Clare, Éanna, Sonia and Niamh, brothers James and Mattie, sisters Ann, Chriss, Ber and Marian, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing in Hurley & O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Skibbereen on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 5pm to 8pm followed by Prayers. Requiem Mass on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 12 noon in St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Skibbereen. This will be livestreamed here. Funeral afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Coronea, Skibbereen.
