The death has occurred of Sebastian Kaczynski, Chestnut Avenue, Ard na Sidhe, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. Sebastian (age 19) is deeply regretted and dearly missed by his loving and heartbroken mother Anna, father Slawek, loving and much loved brothers Jan and Adam, grandparents Wanda, Tadeusz and Zofia, aunts Goska, Beata and Aga, uncles Andrzej, Arek and Giovanni and Krzyszof, cousins, relatives and his many friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at Condons Funeral Parlour, Clonmel on Wednesday evening from 6.00pm to 7.00pm. Removal on Thursday morning to St Oliver’s Church. Funeral Mass on arrival at 11.30am. Burial will take place afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired to the Oranmore Maree Coastal Search Unit.
