It is with profound grief and sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our dearest Sharon, at UCH Galway. Loving partner of Nicholas (Leonard) and much loved mother of Cara. Adored daughter of Tom and Eileen (nee Coyne). Beloved only sister of Elaine, dear aunt of Morgan and Jayden, grand-daughter of Bridie, niece of Mary, Freda, Christina, Rita and Edward. Sharon will be very sadly missed by her heartbroken partner, daughter, parents, sister, Nicholas’s mother Elizabeth, his sister Caroline, her husband Padraig and their children Stephanie, Conor and Adam, grandmother, aunts, uncle, nephews, relatives, good neighbours, friends and work colleagues.

Predeceased by her grandparents Martin and Margaret Sharkey and Danny Coyne and Nicholas’s father Denis Leonard.

Reposing at O’Connors Funeral Home, Tulsk - F45 KD56 - on Monday 29th July from 4pm to 8pm. Removal from the family home in Flaska on Tuesday morning at 11am to St. Catherine’s Church, Killina arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.30am. Sharon will be laid to rest afterwards in Tulsk Cemetery.
