The death has occurred of
Shay (James) Monaghan
Monaghan, Shay (James) (Blanchardstown, Dublin and formerly of Viking Road, Arbour Hill) June 17th., 2024 peacefully following a short illness in the loving care of the staff at Mater Hospital, Dublin. Beloved husband of the late Marion whom he adored, dear dad of David, Paul and Jackie and a cherished grandfather of Caithlin, Aoife, Darragh, Kacie, Daniel, Ashleigh and Lauren. Predeceased by his loved siblings John, Annette and Paddy. Sadly missed by his loving sons, daughter, grandchildren, daughter-in-law Suzanne, brothers Philip and Tony, sister Eilis, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home Blanchardstown on Wednesday evening (June 19th) between 5 pm and 7 pm. Removal on Thursday morning (June 20th) to St. Patrick’s Church, Corduff arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 am followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium.
