POWER Shay (James) (Drimnagh. Dublin 12, and formerly of James Street, Dublin 8.) March 30, 2026, peacefully at St. James’s Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Best friend and husband of Irene and loving dad of Paul, León and Ruth and Paul’s wife Mertxe. Loving brother of the late Bridget. He will be very sadly missed by his loving wife, children, grandchildren Paul J. and Emma, nephew Alan, his good friend Yvonne, extended family and all the Cathedral family.

 

Reposing at his home on Friday evening, April 3, from 6pm

The Funeral and Cremation Service on Saturday, April 4, 2026 at 4pm, in the Victorian Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium.
