Shay (Shamie) Gannon

Gannon, (Dublin), May 3rd, 2025, peacefully after a long illness, at St. James’s Hospital, Shay (Shamie) late of Cathedral Lane, Kevin Street.

 

Beloved husband of Angela and much-loved father of Sharon, Deborah, Joanne, James, and the late Allison. Sadly, missed by his loving wife and family, his brothers Sean, Philip and Brian, his cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends.

 

May Shay Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing at the Massey Bros Funeral Home, 109 The Coombe, D08 AK10 on Thursday (May 8th) from 3pm to 5pm. Funeral Mass on Friday (May 9th) at 10am in St. Nicholas of Myra Church, Francis Street followed by cremation to the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium.
