Sheelagh DARLINGTON
(née O Cleirigh)

Butterfield, Rathfarnham, Dublin

DARLINGTON, Sheelagh (née O Cleirigh), late of Bury, Greater Manchester and formerly of Butterfield, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, passed away unexpectedly, following a period of illness, on Sunday 16th April 2023, at North Manchester General Hospital. Beloved wife of Steve and loving mother of Sean, Robbie, and Daniel. Predeceased by her brother Niall; Sheelagh will be very sadly missed by her husband, children, her parents Piaras and Marion, siblings Eoin, Ciaran, and Fiona, brother-in-law Niall, sisters-in-law Cathy, Joanne, Elaine and Becky, mother-in-law Helen, her uncle, nephews, nieces, extended family, great friends, and all her nursing colleagues at Royal Bolton Hospital.

 

No farewell words were spoken, there was no time to say goodbye.

You were gone before we knew it and only God knows why.

A Memorial Mass for Sheelagh will be held on Saturday 29th of April at 11.30am at Terenure College Chapel, Terenure College, Templeogue Road, Dublin 6w, D6W DK72.

Sheelagh’s funeral will be taking place on Wednesday 3rd May 10:30am @ East Lancashire Crematorium (Radcliffe), Cemetery Road, M26 4EU.
