The death has occurred of Sheila Edwards née McNamee, Gubbs, Cloone, Co. Leitrim and formerly of Drumkeeran, Cloone, Co. Leitrim and Harrow, London who passed away on Friday, 1st of September 2023, at Mullingar Regional Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband; Peter and sister-in-law; Kitty.

 

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her brothers; Liam (Maureen), Tommy (Breege), Joe, Denis (Teresa), sisters; Gertie (Micheal) and Eileen (Seamus), Aunty Gertie, Claire and Matthew Edwards, nephews, nieces, her adored grandnephews and grandnieces, friend; Jimmy, cousins, extended family neighbours and friends.

Sheila will repose at Smiths Funeral Home, High Street, Ballinamore (Eircode N41 TD62) on Saturday (2nd September 2023) from 5.00pm – 8.00pm. Removal from her residence (N41 HD37) on Sunday afternoon at 1.00pm to arrive at St. Mary’s Church, Cloone, Co. Leitrim for funeral mass at 1.30pm following by private cremation to Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.

 

Please note that there will be no 10.00am mass in Cloone on Sunday morning.
