Sheila Fitzsimons née Byrne of Sea Road Kilcoole and formerly of Currane, Borris Co Carlow who passed away in her 93rd year on Saturday 16th December 2023 peacefully in the care of her family and the staff of Greystones Nursing Home. Predeceased by her twin Liz and sisters Kitty, Bridie and Eileen. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughters Irene and Susan, son Kevin, grandchildren Shirley, Philip, Ella and Katie, great grandson Blake, Susan’s partner John daughter in law Claire, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Sheila will repose at the William Doyle Funeral Home Kilcoole from 6pm until 8pm on Monday, 18th December. Funeral Mass on Tuesday, 19th December, at 12 noon in the Sacred Heart Church, Borris, Co. Carlow, followed by burial in The Sacred Heart Cemetery, Borris.
