The death has occurred, peacefully after a short illness, of Sheila Grace (née Smith), in the loving care of her family and the medical staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Sheila was predeceased by her husbands Farrell and Noel, her parents, her sisters Tiny and Dolly, brothers  Mattie and Garvey and son in law Cathal and is survived by her loving children Noel, Gillian, Anita, Heather, Sheila, Erica, John and  Keith, sisters Ben and Mary, brothers, Noel, Patsy, Larry and Martin grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and  a wide circle of family and friends. 

Sheila’s cortege will leave her family home on Thursday at 12.30pm via Cavan Road, Lord Edward St. and Carrick St., to arrive at St. Colmcille's Church for funeral Mass at 1pm followed by burial in St. Colmcille’s Cemetery. House Strictly Private At All Times

Sheila will be fondly remembered as a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many. Those who had the privilege of working with Sheila in the Headfort Arms Hotel Kells, Monaghan’s Hostel and              St. Ciaran’s Community School will remember Sheila with great affection for her diligent work and outspoken personality.
