The death has occurred of
Sheila McCarthy
McCARTHY (Cork): On August 27th 2023, peacefully, in her 103rd year, in the tender loving care of the staff at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, in the presence of her loving family, SHEILA, Gardiners Hill, St. Luke’s and late of Victoria Hospital, dearly loved daughter of the late Cornelius and Mary, and loving sister of the late Cornelius, Patrick, John and Maura.
Sadly missed by her loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces, great-grandnephews, relatives and all her friends especially those in St. Annes Ward.
Reposing at her residence (Eircode T23 C9X3) on Tuesday (August 29th) from 4.00pm to 7.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 1.00pm on Wednesday (August 30th) in the Holy Family Church, Military Hill which can be viewed on
Funeral afterwards to St. Finbarr’s Cemetery.
