The death has occurred of Sheila McDonnell, (née Redican), of Farnaught, Mohill, Co. Leitrim. Peacefully in the loving care of the doctors, nurses and staff of Drumderrig House in Boyle. Predeceased by her husband Liam. Sadly missed by her children Vivian (Kevin), David (Monica), Alex, Derek, Sylvia, Andrew, Dominic (Ann), Madeline, Charlie (Grainne) & Pio, her beloved grandchildren Jemima, (Enya RIP), Nadine, Karl, Mathew, Phillip, Donnacha, Lorcan & Eoghan, her brother Martin, nieces and nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Glennon’s Funeral Home, Longford on Friday the 13th of January from 6 to 8pm. Sheila’s funeral Mass will take place on Saturday the 14th of January at 12 noon in St. Mary’s Church Gortletteragh followed by burial in Gortletteragh Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to The Alzheimer Society of Ireland care of McGowan’s Funeral Directors, Dromod.
