The death has taken place of Sheila O'Connell (née Duncan), Sandfield Terrace, Mallow, who passed away peacefully on June 30th 2025 in the exceptional care of the staff of St. Patrick's Ward, Mallow General Hospital, beloved wife of the late Denis, dear mother of Gerard, Denise and Mary and nana to the late Zoe.
Sadly missed by her loving family, daughter-in-law Rachel, sons-in-law Joe and Eugene, grandchildren Aimee, Evan, Alva, Jake, James, Dylan and Anna, sister-in-law Tina, brother-in-law Stephen, her very good friends Conor, Ian, John and Michael Joyce, extended family, neighbours and her many friends.

Lying in repose at O'Connell's Funeral Home, St. James' Avenue, Mallow (P51 HH61) on Wednesday (July 2nd) from 6pm with Prayers at 7pm.
Reception into The Church of the Resurrection, Mallow on Thursday (July 3rd) for Requiem Mass at 12pm which may be viewed on
Funeral afterwards to St. Gobnait's, Cemetery, Mallow.
