O’Connell (Mitchelstown and Glenroe) On November 17th, 2024, peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Abbeylands Nursing Home, Kildorrery, SHEILA (nee Lyons), Wellview, Mulberry, Mitchelstown and formally of Tully, Glenroe. Predeceased by her son Michael.

Cherished wife of John Joe, sadly missed by her son Seamus, daughters Liz, Ann and Aileen, sister Nellie, daughter-in-law Sheila, sons-in law Matty and Anthony. Sheila will be forever loved by her adored grandchildren Emma, Louise, Sean, Michael, Orla, Lorna and Cian, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, friends and neighbours.

May Sheila Rest in Peace.

Reposing at the Chapel of Rest, Baldwin Street, Mitchelstown, P67 DX81, on Wednesday (20th November) from 5 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. Reception into Our Lady of Ransom Church, Spittle, Glenroe, V35 XN35, for Requiem Mass on Thursday (21st November) at 11 a.m. Burial afterwards in the Church Grounds.
