Sheila passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving family in Cork University Hospital (CUH) on Sunday, June 1st, 2025.

 

Beloved wife of Michael and the late Paddy.

 

Much loved mother of Seamus, Neil, Martin and Louise, cherished grandmother of Alannah, Nicole, Sarah, Shane, Ian, Eric, Patrick and Adam, great-grandchildren Mia and Kyle.

 

Deeply regretted by her loving husband, family, daughters-in-law Janet, Geraldine and Libby, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Hawe - O'Keeffe's Funeral Home (P56 YY15), Bakers Road, Charleville, on Tuesday evening from 5:30pm to 7:00pm, followed by Prayers.

 

 

 

Reception into Holy Cross Church, Charleville on Wednesday morning for Requiem Mass at 12 noon, after which Sheila will be laid to rest in Holy Cross Cemetery, Charleville.

 

 

The family wish to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of Cork University Hospital (CUH), public health nurse Helen, pallative care nurse Jill, and Dr. Croilin Monks for the wonderful care of their mother.
