Sheila Ryan
(née O'Leary)
The death has taken place of Sheila Ryan (née O'Leary), Cill Mórna, Mallow and formerly of Lombardstown and Bweeng, who passed away peacefully on 17th March 2025 (St. Patrick's Day), surrounded by her loving family and in the tender loving care of the Staff at Nazareth House, Mallow, beloved wife of the late William (Willie), dear mother of Norma and Deirdre, and sister of the late Nora (O'Connell), Dan, David, John, Mary (O'Mahony), Con and Maurice.
Deeply regretted by her daughters, son-in-law Pól (Ruiséal), grandchildren Colmán, Líadan, Fionn, Darragh and Oisín, sisters-in-law Rita and Mary (O'Leary), nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Lying in repose at O'Connell's Funeral Home, St. James' Avenue, Mallow (P51 HH61) on Wednesday (March 19th) from 7pm with Prayers at 8pm followed by Removal to St. Mary's Church, Mallow.
Requiem Mass on Thursday (March 20th) at 2.30pm, which may be viewed on www.churchservices.tv/mallow.
Funeral afterwards to St. Gobnait's Cemetery, Mallow
The family would like to acknowledge the love and kindness which Sheila received from the Staff of Brittany Unit, Nazareth House, Mallow during her stay there.
