Sheila Shore

Sheila passed away peacefully in the exceptional care of the staff in the Suir Ward, St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny, in her 92nd year. Predeceased by her brothers Billy and Phil and her sister-in-law May. Deeply regretted by her nieces and nephews, Bobby, Anna, Mary, Tom, Sheila and PJ, their husbands and wives, her grandnieces and grandnephews, her great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews. Sheila is also fondly remembered by her cousin, Phil Purcell, her extended family, neighbours and friends.

The family would like to thank the management and staff at Beechwood Nursing Home, Leighlinbridge for the wonderful care she received and for the friendships Sheila built up during the past two years she spent there.

May Sheila rest in peace.

Reposing in Coady’s Funeral Home, Castlecomer from 3 p.m. on Friday 26th December with funeral prayers at 7 p.m. followed by removal, via her residence, to St. Brigid’s Church, Coon. Requiem mass on Saturday at 11 a.m. followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
