It is with deep sadness we announce the death of Sheila, who passed away on the 4th of May, suddenly but peacefully after a short illness bravely borne surrounded by her loving family, in the wonderful care of the staff at Corks University Hospital.

Sheila (née Morrissey), Arderin Way, The Glen and late of Ballyphane. Cherished wife of the late Christopher and Adored mother of Sharon, Victoria, Susan, Deirdre, Christopher, Ann and Alison. Predeceased by her brother, Michael, sisters Maureen, Lucy, Patty, Stephanie and late son-in-law Michael.

Sadly missed by her loving family, her 21 adored grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, sons-in-law Brendan, Dominic, Tomas, Séan, daughter-in-law Michelle, brother Sean, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Keohane’s Funeral Home, Knights Hill, Old Youghal Road, Mayfield, Cork, on Thursday, the 8th of May, from 5-6pm, with prayers at 5:45pm. Requiem Mass on Friday, the 9th of May at 11:00am in St. Brendan’s Church, The Glen, followed by cremation at The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy
