Shiralee Thomson

Shiralee “Shaz” Thomson, Aughalard, Cong, Co Mayo and formerly of Caherlistrane and Kilgill. Originally from Broxburn, Scotland.

 

Shaz passed away peacefully in the presence of her children Kevin and Shannon and her daughter in law Lauren in University Hospital Galway. She will be sorely missed by Kevin, Shannon and Lauren and her partner Patrick Higgins (Rocky). Kevin, Lauren and Shannon would especially like to thank all of the staff at UHG who cared for Shaz these last few weeks. Their kindness has been incredible during a very difficult time. The family would also like to thank all of their extended family and friends for their support

Reposing at Saint Joseph’s Funeral Home, Ballinrobe F31XV63 on Tuesday evening (12th August) from 5.30pm with removal at 7 o’clock to Saint Mary’s Church, Ballinrobe. Requiem Mass on Wednesday morning (13th August) at 10 o’clock with the Funeral proceeding to the Shannon Crematorium, Shannon, Co. Clare
