Síle Harrington

Síle Harrington (Dalkey, Co. Dublin and Bere Island, Co. Cork) - 31 January 2026. Peacefully at home, surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of Alan Monnelly. Dear sister of Séamus, Una, Eilís and Colum, and the late Seán. Sister-in-law of Martin, Pat, Rita, Ann and the late Sean and Cath. Aunt of Kara, Lynne, Diane, Yvonne and Fiona; Ian, Darragh, Barry, John, Colin, Sean, Glen and the late Colum, their partners and spouses. Adored grand-aunt of 23 grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Remembered warmly by her extended family of cousins and dear friends. Teacher, scholar, aesthete agus cara dílis.

Síle will be reposing at her home on Thursday 5th February from 4pm to 7pm. Funeral Service to celebrate Síle's life will take place on Friday 6th February at 10am in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross, D6WHY98.
