Simon Clynes

Simon Clynes (Sandyford, Dublin) – August 18th, 2025. Passed away peacefully at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, while surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his cherished twin sister Gayle.

Sadly missed and remembered by all his loving family, mother Jean, son Oscar and his mother Aoife, sisters Alison and Emma, brother Kenneth, brothers-in-law Eric and Peter, nieces Tori and Kelly, nephews Adam, Tyler, Ryan and Matthew, relatives and friends.

Simon will repose at JP Ward & Sons Funeral Home, Sandyford Village (D18 C8P7) on Thursday (Aug 21st) from 2pm to 4pm. Removal on Friday morning (Aug 22nd) to St. Mary’s Church, Sandyford Village arriving for 10am Mass, followed thereafter to Kilternan Cemetery Park, Ballycorus Road, Kilternan.
