Simon passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on Tuesday, February 13th, 2024.

 

Beloved husband of Mary (née O'Reilly - Mahanagh, Kilbrin), cherished father of Siobhán (Doherty) and Lorraine (Roche) and much loved grandad of Kate, Hazel, Joe, Maisie, Evie and Julie. Dear brother of Billy, Joan (Barrett), Micksie, Dan, Seán, Seamie and the late Patsy and Norrie (Browne). Deeply regretted by his loving wife, daughters, family, sons-in-law Cathal and Shane, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing in O'Keeffe's Funeral Home, Bank Place, Buttevant (P51 N2NP) on Saturday evening from 6:00pm with Prayers at 8:00pm, followed by Reception into St. Nicholas' Church, Churchtown.

 

Requiem Mass on Sunday morning at 11am, after which Simon will be laid to rest in St. Brigid's Cemetery, Buttevant.
