The death has occurred of Siobhaín Tolan (nee O'Neill) on 29th October 2022 suddenly but peacefully at Galway Hospital.
Predecesed by her beloved mother Nora. Deeply loved, sadly missed and always remembered by her loving husband Adrian, adored children, sons Adam and Alex and daughter Zara. Deeply regretted by her father Paddy, sisters Mairead, Jacqui, Geraldine & Helen, brother Patrick, mother & father in law, Ann & Sean Tolan, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends and her very close friends.

Reposing at Balla Funeral Home on Tuesday, 1st Nov from 17:00 - 19:00. Removal on Wednesday, 2nd Nov from her residence (house private) to St Anne's Church, Belcarra (F23 EC92) for Funeral Mass at 12pm.
Burial afterwards at Guesdian Cemetery.
