The death has occurred of
Sr. Angela Leamy
LEAMY (Cork and late of Glanworth): On January 16th, 2026, peacefully, at the Bon Secours Convent, Sr. Angela, Sister of Bon Secours, predeceased by her parents Michael and Margaret, brothers John, Jim and Liam.
Sadly missed by her sisters Sr. Mary, Sr. Martha and Katherine (McCarthy), her sister-in-law Rita, brother-in-law John, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, friends and her Bon Secours Community.
Reposing at the Mayfield Funeral Home, Old Youghal Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Sunday (January 18th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 12.00 noon on Monday (January 19th) in the Sacred Heart Church
Western Road which will be live streamed
Funeral afterwards to St. James’ Cemetery, Chetwynd.
Sr Angela’s community and family wish to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff of St Teresa’s for their excellent care and kindness shown to Sr Angela.
