Who passed away peacefully, in the loving care of the nursing staff in St. Brendan’s Community Nursing Unit, Loughrea, on Friday the 15th August 2025, (Feast of the Assumption).

Predeceased by her parents John and Margaret, her brothers Patrick and Gerard and sister Veronica.

Sr. Bosco will be sadly missed by her brothers Seán and Denis, sisters-in-law Sheila and Eileen, nieces Mairéad, Marie and Bríd, grandnieces, grandnephews, special cousin Eileen Hayes, relatives, Sisters of Mercy Loughrea, Sisters of the Western Province and her large circle of friends.

Sr. Bosco will lie in repose in Kilboys Funeral Home, Loughrea (H62 KF62) on Sunday 17th August from 4pm to 6.30pm, followed by removal to St. Brendan’s Cathedral, Loughrea.

Sr. Bosco’s Requiem Mass will take place in St. Brendan’s Cathedral, Loughrea, on Monday 18th August at 11am, followed by burial in the Convent Cemetery, Loughrea.
