The death has occurred of Sr. Bríd Cannon, Our Lady's Bower Convent, Athlone and formerly Taramuid, Clarinbridge, Co. Galway, October 9th, 2023. Predeceased by her brother Willie and sister Nonie (Thornton). Peacefully at UHG, surrounded by her loving family. Sadly missed by her brothers Danny, Jimmy, John and Gerry, sister Margaret (Cummins), and by the Sisters of her La Sainte Union Congregation, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and a large circle of friends.
Reposing at Suaimhneas, on the grounds of the Church of the Annunciation, Clarinbridge (H91 HW58), this Wednesday evening, the 11th October, from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday, the 12th October, in Church of the Annunciation, Clarinbridge, at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Bower Convent Athlone. Funeral Mass will be broadcast on parish radio 106.2 FM
