The death has occurred of
Sr. CARMEL CRIMMINS
CRIMMINS (St. Maries of the Isle Cork, late of Carrick on-Suir, Co. Tipperary, San Francisco, San Bernardino, California and Glanmire Co. Cork). On 27th September 2025, peacefully in the presence of her family and community at Mount Desert Care Village, Cork. Sr. Carmel, beloved daughter of the late Patrick and Mary, loving sister of John, Patrick and the late Moira, Sheila, Philip and Christopher, sister-in-law of Mary and the late Esther. Lovingly remembered by her loving family, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family, friends and her community the congregation of Sisters of Mercy.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at St Maries of the Isle Convent Chapel on Monday (29th) from 4.00pm until evening prayer at 5.00pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday (30th) at 11.00am in the Convent Chapel which may be viewed onLink Here. Funeral afterwards to St James Cemetery, Chetwynd.
