The death has occurred of
Sr. CATHERINE (KATHLEEN) O‘BRIEN
Athlunkard Nursing Home, Westbury, Corbally, Co. Clare, formerly of Reparation Convent, Laurel Hill Avenue, South Circular Road, Limerick and Dublin.
Peacefully in the care of Ailín, SMR Personal Assistants and the staff of Athlunkard Nursing Home, on 10th March 2026.
Predeceased by her parents Daniel and Agnes and siblings Donal, Tony, June, Una and Maura.
Very deeply regretted by her Reparation Sisters in community, her loving sister Bernie Houlihan (England), brother Brendan (Dublin), nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, extended family and friends.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at Griffin’s Funeral Home, John’s Gate on Thursday, 12th March from 5pm to 6pm. Funeral arriving to St. Nicholas Church, Westbury, Corbally, on Friday, 13th March for Requiem Mass at 11:30am. Burial afterwards in Mount St. Oliver Cemetery, Limerick.
