Sr. Catherine McGovern
Sr Catherine McGovern, OSF, Walshestown, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath and formerly of Mill Hill London.
21 August 2025 peacefully in the Regional Hospital Mullingar, surrounded by her loving family. Sadly missed by her sister in law Betty, brother in law Pat, nieces Catherine and Aeilish, nephews Michael, Patrick and Mike, grandnieces Saoirse, Caoimhe, Nicola, Saibh, Nicola and Nathalie, grandnephews Senan, Michael, Ciaran and Thomas, great grandniece Francesca and grandnephew Lewis and the Franciscan Sisters of Mill Hill, Sister Margaret, Sister Margaret Mary, Sister Eileen, Sister Edna, Sister Sophia and Sister Bridget, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Funeral mass will take place in St. Camillus Nursing Centre Chapel, Killucan (Eircode N91 VF51) this Tuesday (26th of August) at 10.30am with cremation thereafter in Lakeland Crematorium, Cavan.
