The death has occurred of
Sr. Eileen RAFFERTY
Sr. Eileen Rafferty McAuley House, Roscommon Town and formerly of Leitrim, Four-Mile-House, Co Roscommon and California, U.S.A. January 6th, 2023; (Peacefully), in the loving care of the staff at Sonas Nursing Home, Cloverhill. Pre-deceased by her parents Mike and Mary and by her sisters Mary, Margaret and Betty. Eileen will be very sadly missed by her sister Christina, brothers Thomas and Jack, nieces Mary, Claire and Edel, nephews Bill, Sean, Michael and Tommie, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, by her community, the Sisters of Mercy, McAuley House and Western Province, friends in the U.S.A. and Ireland.

Reposing at Smyths Funeral Home, Roscommon on Sunday from 1 o’c until 3 o’c followed by removal to the Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon. Mass of the Resurrection on Monday at 1 o’c with burial afterwards in the Convent Cemetery. Sr. Eileen’s family and community very much appreciate your support at this time.
