The death has occurred of
Sr. Eileen Roe
Roe, (Columban Sisters), Sr. Eileen, formerly Oldcastle, Co. Meath, Peru and Ireland, August 19th 2025, in the loving care of the Sisters and staff at Loughshinny Residential Home. Predeceased by her parents Masie and Charlie, sisters Kitty, Mary, Sr. Cella (Cross and Passion Sisters), brothers Stephen, Pat, Jimmy and Kieran. Deeply regretted by her loving sister Bridie (Mythen), sisters-in-law Kathleen, Maphie, Kathleen, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family, friends and Columban Sisters worldwide.
Rest in peace
Funeral Mass will take place on Friday 22nd August at 11.30am in the Convent Chapel, Magheramore, Wicklow, followed by burial in the Convent Cemetery. A recording of the Mass can be viewed via the link below.
