Sr. Ita Marie (Winifred) Flynn
FLYNN (Bon Secour Sisters, Cork & late of Garryleigh, Mitchelstown, Co. Cork); On November 6th, 2024, passed away peacefully, in the tender loving care of the nurses and staff at the Bon Secours Care Village, Mount Desert, Sr. ITA MARIE (Winifred), Sister of Bon Secours, Predeceased by her parents Willie and Catherine, her sisters Sr. Gertrude & Sr. Mary (Presentation Sisters) Eileen Moynihan (Ballydaly) & her brother John.
Deeply regretted by her sister Bridget McSweeney (Macroom), sister-in-law Olive, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives and the Bon Secours Community,
Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd; On Friday (November 8th) from 2.30pm to 3.30pm.
Requiem Mass at 10.00am on Saturday (November 9th) in The Sacred Heart Church, Western Road which can be viewed
Funeral afterwards to St. James’ Cemetery, Chetwynd.
