Sr. Loreto Slattery

Sr. Loreto late of Mercy Convent Tuam; (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff of St. Mary’s Nursing Home, Shantalla Rd, Galway. Predeceased by her parents Simon and Maureen (neé Fahy) and her sister Eilish Killeen, her brothers Tom and Seamus and brother-in-law Michael, deeply mourned by her brother Simon (USA), her sisters-in-law Mary, Maeve and Vena, her nieces, nephews and extended family, Sisters of Mercy Western Province, relatives & friends.

Due to HSE and Government guidelines her funeral at Stella Maria will be private. Requiem Mass will be celebrated in Cathedral of the Assumption, Tuam on Monday at 1.00 o’c. (50% capacity),  with burial afterwards in the Convent Cemetery, Tuam.
