Sr. M. Kate O'CONNOR

O’Connor (St Columbas, Bishopstown Avenue West and formerly of Pic Du Jer Park, Ballinlough and Scoil Mhuire Banrion, Mayfield, Cork) On June 20th 2024 at Marymount and recently in the wonderful care of Professor Power and his team at the Mercy University Hospital, Cork, Sr. M. Kate, beloved daughter of the late Jim and Josie, sister of Neil, Carmel Bane (Tullamore) and the late Seán. Sadly missed by the Sisters of Mercy, Southern Province, her family Neil and Carmel, her sisters-in-law Anette and Carmel, her brother-in-law Larry, her nieces, nephews and their partners, her grandnieces, grand nephews and her many friends and relatives.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at the Convent Chapel, St Maries of the Isle on Friday (21st June) from 3:00pm followed by evening prayer at 5:00pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday (22nd June) at 11:00am in the Convent Chapel which may be viewed on Link Here burial afterwards at St James Cemetery, Chetwynd.
