Sr. Margaret Maloney RSJ

Convent of the Sisters of St Joseph of the Sacred Heart, Banogue, Co Limerick, formerly of Tiernunney, Killasser, Swinford, Co. Mayo, and she lived in Australia for thirty one years. Sr Margaret died peacefully in Foxford Nursing Home on Sunday 14th December 2025

Pre-deceased by her parents Margaret and John, sisters Betty and Una, brothers Michael, John and Patrick.

Sr. Margaret will be sadly missed by her family, nephews, nieces and all of her extended family, Sisters of St Joseph of the Sacred Heart, neighbours and friends.

Rest in Peace

Sr. Margaret will be reposing in Boland's Funeral Home, Swinford, (F12 K122) this Wednesday 17th December, from 5 pm with removal at 6.30 pm to All Saints Church, Killasser, arriving at 7 pm.

Funeral Mass this Thursday 18th December at 12 .00 noon, Sr. Margaret will be laid to rest afterwards in Killasser Cemetery.
