Late Sr. Maria Goretti Kelleher,
Convent of Mercy,
Church Street, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford
and "St. Enda's", Clonea Road, Abbeyside.
Sr. Maria Goretti passed away peacefully in the tender care of staff at The Oak Ward, University Hospital Waterford on 3rd October 2023. She is deeply mourned and sadly missed by her brother Humphrey, sisters Breda, Anne, Sheila and Claire, sisters-in-law Claire and Kathleen, brothers-in-law Jack McCarthy, Sean Murphy, Tony Murphy and David Langford, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, her Mercy Community, other relatives and friends. Sr. Maria Goretti is predeceased by her parents Humphrey and Delia, brothers Jimmy, John and Fr. Connie and sister Mary.
Sr. Maria Goretti will be reposing at the Mercy Convent, Church Street (X35 XY53) on Thursday afternoon, 5th October, from 3 p.m. with Evening Prayer at 7 p.m. Requiem Mass on Friday morning, 6th October, at 11 a.m. in St. Augustine's Church, Abbeyside. Interment afterwards in St. Mary's Parish Cemetery, Dungarvan.
No flowers please, donations, if desired to Dungarvan Community Hospital.
