The death has occurred of
Sr. Maria KENNY R.S.C.
Kenny, Sr. Maria, Religious Sisters of Charity – 6th January, 2025 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff of the Mater Hospital. Pre-deceased by her parents, John and Kathleen, her sister, Joan and her brothers, Jack, Niall, Declan and Dónal.
Deeply regretted by her Community in Lakelands, the Sisters of the Congregation, her sisters, Sr. Paula, Sr. Catherina and Sheila, her brothers, Brian, Kenneth and Aidan, her sisters-in-law, Bernadette and Eileen, her brother-in-law, Jack, her nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, the staff of Beechlawn Nursing Home, relatives and many friends.
Reposing on Friday, (10th Jan) from 2pm to 4pm in Corrigan & Sons Funeral Home, 5 Lower Camden Street, D02 DF22 - with prayers at 3.30pm.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 o'clock, on Saturday (11th Jan) in St. Patrick’s Church, Ringsend, followed by burial in the community cemetery, Donnybrook. The Mass may be viewed live from this link:
