Sr. Mary BURKART

Burkart, Mary IBVM (Loreto Sisters, Gorey, Co. Wexford.) peacefully in Roundstone surrounded by family and community, after an illness borne with great fortitude. Predeceased by her brother Michael in 1963.

Deeply regretted by her parents James and Helen Bridget (Bethedesa USA), her siblings Cathy, Norman, Eddie, Stephen, Greg, Teresa and Michèle, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandniece, grandnephew, Loreto community and friends.

Mary will repose in Fanagan’s Funeral Home Rathfarnham on Sunday July 10 from 4 - 6pm with Evening Prayer at 5.15pm. Funeral Mass in Church of the Annunciation Rathfarnham at 3pm on Monday July 11 followed by burial in Abbey House Cemetery. Mass will be livestreamed on the parish webcam – https://rathfarnhamparish.ie.
