Sr. Mary Ellen passed away peacefully in Sydney. Beloved daughter of the late Albert and Rita Griffin, dear sister of Margaret Abulaban (California), Bernie Burke, Dan (Ballymacoda), Phil O’Brien, Tom (Dromahane), Josie Parker (California), and the late Kathleen Keane (Wexford).

 

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law Issa, Mike, Jim and Allan, sisters-in-law Ann Maria and Ann, nephews, nieces and extended family.

Fondly remembered by her sisters in St. Josephs of the Sacred Heart Community.

 

Sr Mary Ellen's funeral Mass and burial took place in Sydney on September 29th.

 

A memorial Mass will be celebrated in St. Catherine’s Church Ballynoe Saturday October 11th at 11.00.am.
