Sr. Rose Marie (Rose) McDermott

The death has occurred of Sr. Rose Marie (Rose) McDermott, Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, Houston, Texas and formerly of Saint Helena Quay, Dundalk. 4th January 2026. Peacefully at Villa de Matel, Houston, Texas. Rose, beloved daughter of the late James and Mary McDermott and sister of the late Sean, Frank, and Sr. Enda Marie (Kathleen) McDermott.

Pre-deceased by her parents James & Mary, brothers Sean & Frank, sister Sr. Enda Marie (Kathleen), sister-in-law Betty, nephew Jim, and niece Anne-Marie.

Sadly missed by her loving family, sister-in-law Nan McDermott, nieces and nephews Marie, Frankie, Anne, Brenda, John & Catherine, grand nieces, grand nephews, great-grand nieces, great-grand nephews, cousins, relatives, friends and the community of Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, Villa De Matel, Houston, Texas. Rest in Peace.

 

Funeral will take place in Villa De Matel, Houston, Texas.
