Sr Sheila Murphy

The death has occurred of Sr. Sheila Murphy, Sisters of St. John of God, Sallyville House, Wexford, and late of “Barrow View”, Cheekpoint, Co. Waterford.

Sheila is predeceased by her parents Mary Anne & Michael Murphy, by her sisters Bridgit and Lila, her brothers Jim and Pat. Much loved sister of Sr. Anne and brother Michael. Sheila will be sadly missed by her sister-in-law Margot, her nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, aunts Sr. Lila Dempsey, St. Clare’s Convent Newry and Sr. Alice Dempsey, St. John of God Sisters Wexford, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Sallyville House, Wexford (Eircode Y35AR25) on Friday 10th April from 2pm, followed by Evening Prayer at 4.30pm.

Reception into St. Nicholas’ Church Faithlegg, Co. Waterford on Friday at 7pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 1.30pm, burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.
