Sr. Sheila SHEEHY

Sr. Sheila Sheehy (Presentation Convent, Parnell St., Kilkenny, late of Zambia and Blessington, Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny). November 26th 2023 (peacefully) surrounded by her loving family and Presentation Sisters, in the wonderful care of the staff of St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny. Predeceased by her parents David and Nora and her sister Mai. Sr. Sheila will be fondly remembered by her Presentation Sisters community, her sister Sr. Stella (Sister of St. John of God), her brothers Jim and Eamon and sister-in-law Ann. Cherished auntie of Siobhán, Fiona, Aine, Sheila, Niamh, Jason and Paul. Loving grand auntie to Evie, Matteo and Robbie. Sadly missed by her extended family, relatives and friends.

Reposing at the Convent Chapel from 3p.m. on Tuesday (November 28th) to 8p.m. Evening Prayer at 6p.m. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 12noon in St. Mary's Cathedral followed by interment in St. Kieran's Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to Cois Nore, Kilkenny (donation box in the Convent Chapel and the Cathedral).
